The Brief

Lyndhurst approached Big Buzz Productions to professionally capture their flagship Annual Conference, with the goal of creating a high-quality highlight video to showcase the event, along with shorter social clips that could be used for internal comms and future promotion. They wanted a video that would reflect the energy of the day, capture the keynote speakers and audience engagement, and celebrate the professionalism and collaborative ethos that defines the Lyndhurst brand.

The brief was to produce a vibrant, polished event highlights film that not only documented the day but could also be used strategically to reinforce brand values and attract future attendees, clients, and collaborators.

The Solution

We worked closely with the Lyndhurst team in the lead-up to the event to understand the agenda and key moments. On the day, we captured everything from guest arrivals and networking to keynote presentations and breakout sessions.

Using a multi-camera setup, we filmed the speakers, audience reactions, and branded visuals, alongside informal interviews and vibrant cutaways to bring the event to life.

Back in the edit suite, we produced a dynamic highlight film, complete with music, captions and branding. We also created shorter, social-friendly edits for LinkedIn and other platforms—extending the reach and impact of the event.
